change file system

Trying to follow Newbie Coder's suggestion to my earlier defrag problem, I'm
trying to change my file system from FAT32 to NTFS, using Win xp Pro. In ths
process, I get to a point where I need a file named
"C:\Windows\system32\autoconv.exe" PROBLEM is that I don't seem to have such
- 'search' does not come up with it. Now What ? TIA for all help.

The file on my computer is C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONVERT.EXE.
