Change 'Display As' Properties in Outlook 2002

I want to display ONLY the person's name, NOT their name &
address. Is there a setting to change this so that I don't
have to do it manually each and every time?

YEP -- that's what I am doing -- just wondering if there
was a setting to make it always choose just name (not name
+ e-mail address) in Contact Record?
