Change default My Documents drive for all users

I work in a school and want to change the default My Documents drive from the c drive to the students home drive on H:\
I know how to change this for each user seperately but I need to know how it can be done automatically. As well as this I would like to set a specific wallpaper for all students
Does anyone know how to do this in XP

You do this using Group Policies on the server side. I'm assuming you have
a windows server environment.

Without going into the detail of it here, what you're talking about is "My
Documents Redirection".

Check the newsgroup microsoft.public.windows.server.general and search the
Microsoft knowledge base for "Group Policy" and/or "My Documents
Redirection"
