Change currency on Excell Invoice Template from $ to other -How??

On Excell 2003 Sales Invoice Template - how do I change the currency symbol
($)to another currency
 
First unprotect the worksheet(no password required) then re-format the cells
to the currency symbol of choice.

Format>Style>Currency "modify".
