Change Company Name Property

I'm using Word 2000 and want to change the Company Name property for all new
documents. The current name is defaulted and I can't find it in NORMAL.DOT or
the registry. At present I have to change it on every first save - I've
checked "Prompt for document properties" on the Save tab in Tools, Options.
