I would like to have the color of the answer to a formula change dependent
upon the answer. The purpose is to alert the user to take specific action
when the color of the answer in the cell changes.

ex: if the answer is above 25% then the number in the cell would be green,
if the answer is between 25% and 50% the number in the cell would be blue and
if the answer is over 50% the answer would be red.

Hope this makes sense. Thanks

Hi Ann

Perhap you want Green if cell value is less than 25?
try this
Go to Format on the Menu bar
select Conditional Formatting

Condition 1 :
if cell value is >> less than >> type 0.25 >> click format >> choose green
color

Condition 2 :
if cell value is >> between >> type 0.25 >> type 0.50 >> click format >>
choose blue color

Condition 2 :
if cell value is >> greater than >> type 0.50 >> click format format >>
choose red color
