Change chinese version to english version

Just want to ask if my current OS is using the chinese version, if now i want
to convert to english version did anywhere can configure/change? or i need to
reinstall a new OS?

You would need to purchase an English version, format your drive, and
clean-install the new operating system.

The latter, unfortunatley. You can't convert from one language version to
another.
