My aunt is having a problem with her Outlook. When she sends an email
to a certain person she gets an message back saying that the email was
undeliverable.
In the message it says something about the encoding. When she sends a
message in plain text the encoding is charset="windows-1250". When I do
it is charset="us-ascii".
How do you change the charset? I was able to change it using
Thunderbird and duplicate the problem. I can't figure out how to do it
on Outlook though.
Thanks,
Jeff
