Chaced Exchange Mode

How do I set the cached mode on during an installation of 2003. i want to
install with this setting applied as default.

I found the page, # 18 I believe in the CIW where I can turn on cache mode
to install but the page is dimmed and I cannot get to it, anybody have any
ideas why it might be dimmed?
