CGI scripts within FP

The host server only supports CGI scripts and not FP SEs.
I want to put a simple form into a contact page to obtain
name, email, and comments etc.

The hosts have given me Matt's formmail to use but they're
not exactly helpful.

Does anyone know how to go about this correctly?

I'd seriously consider a different host.
if you must use the app, I'd go to the site where it came from. you should
be able to find a link on the pages near the top.

Form mail scripts are a bear to configure,
and if improperly configured are easy to
hack.
