CFSServ :Error warning

Explorer cannot start before deleting two error notes. These (1) Listen
error, and
(2) Recv Socket Interconnect Error.
I couldn,t fix nor understand. Please advise what should I do ?

Your post is not very clear. When do these two errors appear? What is the
form of them? If this happens right after login, I would first boot into
safe mode. Does the problem occur then? If not do some clean boot
troubleshooting to see what is running as startup to trigger these errors.
