When I type in the COA for excel it won't accept the 25-digits on my hard drive. I've check and re-check the digits and had another person double check. But the program keeps telling me the digits are wrong.

Greetings --

What, precisely, do you mean by "25-digits on my hard drive?" The
Excel Product Key will be on the packaging of the installation CD.

Kim;
"it won't accept the 25-digits on my hard drive", you mean the
computer?
That will be the Product Key for Windows.
You need to look for the Product Key for Office/Excel most likely on
the package the Excel CD is located.
