Certificate of Authenticity

WORD crashed so I re-installed it. Of course, it asks for
Certificate of Authenticity numbers. Because the software
came aldready installed in the Dell, the certificate
number is supposed to be on the back of the computer.
There's a number there, but it DOES NOT fit in the spaces
provided for authenticity. WHOM do I contact? Thanks.

Eh?! You're not blonde by any chance are you? It appears to have completely
escaped your notice that both you and her have the same email address - the
CDO generic anon address. What a maroon!
