Hi,

Where is the signature for a user stored? On the local
machine or on the exchange server? I'm lead to believe it
is being stored locally, as two users have reported that
they need to recreate their signatures each time they
move to a NEW machine. All other users tend to use the
same machines, therefore have not noticed this "problem".

If the signatures are stored locally, what is the
best "solution" to allow the users to work from any
machine and always have the same (and up-to-date) email
signature?

Workstations: Windows XP Professional (Office XP)
Server: Windows Server 2003 + Exchange Server 2003.

Thanks in advance for any and all help :)

Eric

It's stored locally indeed in their profiles folder. The best way to solve
this is to configure Roaming Profiles for the users. Settings are then
stored to the server on logoff and loaded from the server on logon. This way
your users can travel from PC to PC with their settings.
