D Debra Dalgleish Sep 27, 2003 #2 You could use: 1. Select the column of numbers 2. Choose Format>Cells 3. On the Number tab, select the Custom category 4. In the text box, type: ??????.?????? (use an equal number of ? on each side of the decimal point) 5. Click OK
