Is there a way I can format the cells in the table? I would like to have
some red or blue numbers?

No. Actually tables don't have cells. Access is not Excel. You also can't put
in formula or a lot of other Excel stuff.

You can use conditional formatting in forms and reports to change the looks
of certain values.
