cel won't calculate

I am running excell 200 and am having problems with the
calculations in cells. These are simple sum calcs and it
is coming back with a blank cell. It appears there is a
bug. Anyone heard of this

Is the cell format OK? A white font on white background will appear blank!
Is there conditional formatting?
