i have a problem burning cds in the cd drive ,i can view made ones but cannot
burn,keeps telling me there is no disk in the drive and there is .please
email me if you have any help , (e-mail address removed)
 
I am having the same problem and hating every minute of it. I cant copy
photos or music . Wish you luck on your search

What burning applications are installed?
Include any media managers or players that support burning.

There are some that conflict. Norton will not permit
burning. If you have this as your av, you will need to
reconfigure it to ignore the (not scan) mounted disks.
But first things first, I'll need the list of programs as
well as the AV software/Internet security software
installed, in order to help.
