I have an external DVD burner that recorders and plays all formats of media.
I also have an internal CD player. For some reason when I instert CDs in
either drive I get the message to insert a CD. I don't undrstand why neither
drive knows that there is a CD in them. It's the same kind of generic CD-R
CDs that I've been using for years. I just backed up a lot of pictures on a
CD in the DVD burner or so I though. It went through the entire process of
burning the pictures to the CD yet when I went to open the CD to check that
the pictures had actually be copied to my satisfaction I got that message;
Insert a CD. I'm at a loss. Please help.
