CDRW within windows XP - does not work..

Hello

I cannot for the life of me - place files within my CDRW and write in
windows xp- I used to be able to drag drop burn from within windows - now
every time it comes and tells me not writeable delete temporary files- save
files for later -

So I placed "Burnquick" shareware and it works no problem. I removed all
burning software, check my IMAP setting looked in registry for upper/lower
settings - I ran the utility to XP_CD-DVD-Fix.zip - and CD-Gone - still
nothing. any suggestions?

I assume you have opened My Computer, right clicked on the CDRW drive
icon and chosen Properties
From there click on the Recording tab and ensured that there is a tick
in the Enable box?
