CDRW software upgrade CD

Tryig to install software upgrade (came with new
computer) that will allow you to use D drive as drive for
storing and retrieving data. I ge an error message that
is can not locate DLA.msi needed to comlete the
installation.

I am in way over my head. Help! Is this a file that
cane be downloaded? If so, it would be appreciated if
someone could give me the website and specific portion of
the website from which it can be downloaded.
