CD Writing Wizard

I have a Dell P4 laptop with WindowsXP-pro.
I removed Roxio because I like the way the CD Writing Wizard works, its
easier for me.
Now I try to write some files to a CD, but the CD Writing Wizard isn't
there.
How I do I install or implement the CD Writing Wizard ?
