I have XP home and like to use the CD-RW disk like a floppy, When I copy anything to it, it ask to write to the CD. I tried this but I can not delete one file it wants to delete all files. Is there a option to set to make the CD where aI can use it like a floppy?

This is a limitation of XP CD burning capabilities. If you want more
sophisticated features, you'll have to use a third-party program, like
Nero or EasyCD.

Good luck

No. What you are referring to is known as 'packet writing' and isn't
possible without 3rd-party software.
