i wrote to cd-rw only once several years ago.
when i try to read it, it shows only 1 file of 13kb, but its
properties say 400 MB and 2100 files

how can i read the other files?
and why did this problem occur?

Bad burn - CDRW have trouble with this at times. Did you do a multisession
and add more data later? If so that's PROBABLY the reason. Usually you can
recover a good portion of it, try this tool in it's free version:

CD and DVD Data Recovery and Rescue tool (CD Data Recovery):

If no dice then try something here:

Several years ago the technology was not what it is today. Several years ago
you had a program installed that allowed CD-RW burning. What was it?
Reinstall the same program to be able to read your CD.
