CD-RW not ejecting

Have been using CD-RW disks and now they wont eject. MS has problem listed as #816736 with a fix but can't find it and have been unable to reach MS on line.

Have you tried right clicking on the drive within my computer and clicking
on eject. It worked for me

Try this:
You might want to power down first.
Straighten a paper clip and stick it in the little hole on the front of the drive,
push until drive opens. Keep your hand out of the way of the drive drawer.
