cd/rw drive will not eject.

When I insert a R/W or a Data CD in the drive the computer
will not eject the CD when I am finished. I do not write,
erase, or change anything on the CD.
I have to turn off the computer then re-boot. to eject the
CD.

Hi, what software are you using to use the R/W's with. Most you have to
eject through that same software.....
