CD-ROM

I am getting a message for a game called Raven Shield. The
CD-ROM intalled the game just fine, but when i go to play
the game, which requires disk 2 inserted into the drive,
and i already have the disk inserted into the drive, it
asks for me to inser the disk into the drive, which the
disk is already in the drive. What would the problem be?
does anybody know? well thanx for helping me out if you
can.

This is such a huge problem, with no fix in sight.
My drive disappeared, and I can't get it back. It's been almost 2
weeks now. Thousands of posts in Google with the same exact problem.
