Hi,

I am having the same problem as the previous post from today. A URL was posted for patch fix but when I click on the URL my anti-virus software warns me that this dangerous to open...

The URL contains a VBS script, you can open it in notepad and read it
before you use it.

Anyway you can manually open regedit (Start > Run > regedit)
and browse to the following path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\
CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Delete the upperfilters and lowerfilters values.

Actually, I tried the "knox patch" before trying to delete the filters, and I
now that I think of it, I believe that's why I didn't see any files

visible CD-ROM, even though it will play a CD. It's still not showing up
anywhere.

Thanks for the reply.
