Cd editing

My computer will not allow me to edit a RW Cd. I have
tried to add new data to it and do a SAVE AS but I cannot
do that. How do I edit a CD and save the changes please.

You need third party software that can use DirectCD type
saving. Windows XP can only burn complete files to CD.]
Roxio Easy CD and Nero can do this.
