CD/DVD drives don't recognize any disc.

My CD/DVD drives don't recognize any disc that is put into them, Autoplay doesn't work either, or the run menu. It says files may be corrupt or it might not be compatible with windows. This happens for everything from software to DVD's.

Hi Ryan,

Go to

http://www.dougknox.com/

Select 'Windows Utilies' and scroll down to 'Restore CD/DVD drives to
Windows Explorer.'
