CD/DVD Drive unable to burn any files to CD

can read files from this drive, but when I put a blank CD in drive unable to
copy any files to it via CD Creator. Often get blue screen - reboots...
anyone help?

"CD Creator" is third-party software and not part of WinXP. Contact the
