CD drives not working

I upgraded from Windows ME to Windows XP, but my computer
had an older version of Easy CD Creator 4 on it, and when
I loaded it back on Windows XP would not recognize the
drivers on it, so I bought and upgraded to Easy CD
Creator 6, but still won't recognize the drives. I
removed McAfee, and the Roxio Easy CD Creator 6, and
still won't work, and I can't reload anything with my
disk drives...because it won't recognize the
drives...Help! Thanks, LC

Before reinstalling ECDC 6, check the following Knowledge Base Article and
also check the Roxio site for any other instructions for fully removing
their software:
