Ever since I have upgraded to Windows XP from Windows
2000 my CD burner/DVD player will not work. There seems
to be a driver problem. When I try to run "CD Creator"
the computer gives me the message "Could not load CDR4"
or "application failed to initialize properly
(0xc00000142)". The Roxio site has not been helpful at
all in updating to XP. The update downloads and then
gives me some kind of engine failure message. Any
suggestions?
