If you are only using the burner to backup your .jpg's and other data
files, use XP's built-in burning capability.

Normally I would suggest Nero. But If all you want to do is copy .jpg files
I'd go with CDBurnerXP PRo because it's free

If I were you, I'd start by using the built-in Windows CD burning facility.
Only if that doesn't meet your needs should you look for an alternative.
