CD Burning

i'm not sure if this is appropriate for this newsgroup; First, what is
meant, when trying to play a video cd in a DVD player, by PBC off.. if i
copy on folder of pictures, it plays fine or if i copy several folders at
the same time it plays fine..but if i copy one folder...eject the CD..then
re-insert it and copy another folder i get the message;
VCD 1.1 PBC OFF...what is PBC and how do i turn it on..thanks in advance for
any solutions

its impossable to understand what you are askin!
you talk about playing a cd and then copying,what is you
are trying to do?
