CD burning

If i right click on a file and then burn it to the CD/RW
will that file be readable on any other machine?.
How do I setup the option to close my CD when the burning
process is finished?.

I think you are thinking of CD burning working as in say DIrectCD - it
doesn't. See http://aumha.org/win5/a/xpcd.htm. FIles are burned in
batches as with CD-R and should be readable in other machines with no
special action
