I want to burn Quicken 2005 & the most recent version of
my checking account to a back-up CD. Windows XP keeps
saying it has an archived copy of all this ready and
waiting to be burned to CD in a temporary CD burning
file. However, it gives me NO way to access this
file. Once when Windows did allow the Temporary Files
Waiting to Be Burned window to pop up, it disappeared
when I inserted the CD I wanted to burn the files to.
The directions the Help & Support section gave on copying
items to a CD were useless because I tried to follow the
directions but no windows/selections that it claimed
would pop up ever did, i.e. open "My Computer" then
double click on "CD Recording." Ha! CD recording
wasn't an option anywhere! Or, open "My Computer" then
click on "Files/Folders to be Copied." No such option
exists. Help!
