CD Burning help needed!

:confused: Have been using CD Burner XP Pro for the past month and have had no problems at all. But today I attempted to ad 7 new photos to a CD I have been burning. The CD had 300 photos that I had previously burned on it, taking up only 360.MB of space. Well, After burning the new 7 photos, I took a look at the CD and it showed only the 7 photos while showing 365.MB of space taken. But where are all the other 300 photos?:eek: I did not erase them! What could be the problem?
If somebody does not help me, I'll be sleeping on the couch for quite a few nights for loosing the family photos!

if you view the cd in my computer are they still not there?

if not they've prob been overwritten for some reason.

i'm sure someone in here can suggest just data recovery app that could help.
