cd burner

when i go to burn a cd it will only do like the first 5
songs then i get a error message. i send the report to
microsoft where do i find the answer

Such reports sent in to the automatic system are only used as a general
(but we are told very valuable) guide as to what troubles are being
experienced, and the exact circumstance. They do not rate individual
response.

As to the problem I suggest going to My Computer - Right click the
drive, Properties, Recording page and select a lower speed
