CD burner won't always burn

cd burner won't always burn , it comes up with the following message .

ISSUE:

When attempting to copy audio or data to a blank CD-R or CD-RW with MyCD
or Record Now 3.0 the following error may occur: Response: -10: Command
2A: Sense: FF Asc: 02 Ascq: 04. This happens when using the CD-Writer as
source and destination device or when copying data from the hard drive.
