cd auto-run setting

I'm using iTunes as my music software and as I start the
program, it tells me my cd drives "Auto-Run" setting is
turned off. Is this hardware or software based? Its
actually not specific to iTunes as it won't recognize
when a disk is inserted to start a "setup" program for
software, nor launch Windows Media Player for cd's when I
make that my default player. Any ideas? Thanks!!! Dave

This is a known iTunes bug. Try looking in the forums at http://www.itunes.com/
