When I downloaded Microsoft Office XP Pro to my computer, I did not download the Front page program, now I am trying to use the CD, and it comes back with this message
This patch could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists, and that you have access to it or contact the vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer patch package
I know it's a valid package, as I downloaded it to this computer in September. Does anyone know why I get this reply when I try to use the CD

You don't download any of the Office products. They are only available on
CD's. Use the Microsoft Office XP Pro installation CD to install Office
and/or any of the individual applications like Excel or Front Page.

Try adding Frontpage to your Office installation by going to Control
Panel > Add/Remove programs > Microsoft Office.
Click on change, then on add or remove components.
Choose Frontpage from the options. It will require you to put the
Office CD in the CD-ROM.

Good luck
