ccRegvfy.exe missing ccTrust.dll

A virus did some damage to my computer. I have it all
fixed except for one problem A pop up appears when I turn
on my computer. It reads "CCRegVFY.exe unable to locate
componet." Then below is it states "The application
failed to start because ccTrust.dll was not found.
Reinstalling may fix this proplem." The question is where
do I find this program to reninstall it? Can someone
please help me? It's causing other programs not to work

ccregvfy.exe belongs to Norton AntiVirus 2003. Don't know about cctrust.dll.
Reinstall NAV.
