CCleaner not removing search history

Using the latest version of Crap Cleaner and have the option for
AutoComplete Form History checked but my cache of search items (in the
Google search bar) is not being removed.

Anyone else had this problem?

Its an excellent program but as I don't have Google search bar I can't try
it but you might want to ask in http://forum.ccleaner.com/

Sorry, my mistake, I meant the text input area on the standard Google
webpage rather than the Google search bar tool

Just noticed that my Firefox cache in this area is not being cleared by
CCleaner either, had to do it manually from within Firefox.
