Causing a mouse click

Hello all,

Could anyone possibly tell me how to cause a mouse click at a certain
screen coordinate (say 100, 100).

For example, if I press 1 on the keyboard I want the mouse pointer to
physically move and click at a certain coordinate.

What classes/libraries should I be looking at, excuse beginner level of
knowledge.

Hi...I am just starting out in VB and and am having a lot of problems
understanding the replies. Where do i paste this code. I am reading the
books, but it is slow going
