Categorize Inbox

Is Is it possible to rename categorize feature in a shared inbox of someone
elses?

Version of Outlook? Exactly what do you want to do? You can add categories
to the items but you can't rename the other peoples categories.

This is for Outlook 2007. I have granted permissions to the other users
Inbox and have rights to create other Categories but, once added cannont
rename any of them. Any suggestions.

Outlook doesn't allow to rename the other peoples categories. You might try
Category Manager, and control other users master category list with that.
