Does a P4 mother board (950...) fit in to PII or PIII case. I will buy a
new PSU.

Generally yes, all except a very few odd PChips et al, P2/3
boards (which were baby AT) were standard ATX as the new board
will be (unless new board is BTX). It should be easy enough to
see by examining the old board.

If old case is OEM, note whether it has a removable rear I/O port
shield, as many newer boards require use of a specific shield
that comes in the retail packaged product. Also consider
airflow, since the typical P2/3 system did not need nearly as
much of it, and so typical case of that era did not allow for it,
might need modified a bit, which is far easier to do before
building the system rather than afterwards, disassembling whole
thing to do it... but then there is also the lazy approach,
simply adding large fan to side-panel which can be done while
panel is removed from rest of case.
