Version 2003 - The Title Case capitalizes all words selected, including a,
an, the, and, etc. In Version 2000 it did not. Any reason why?

Is there a way to set this up?

This is the New, Improved English, I suppose.

We've recently made some changes so it doesn't capitalize all the little words.
It's still something of a work in progress, so if you run into words you feel
shouldn't be capitalized, give me a shout at steve at-sign pptools dot com
