I have a parent part that has a planner code(g) that is the same in all the
sublevels
Is there a way to only return the parent parts with (g's) in the sublevel? I
think I can do it with the "all" function some way but not too familiar with
"all"

You will need to give a lot more detail if you expect to get an answer.
From your description it's difficult to to tell if the question is
concerning Access or some other program.

You know what a "planner code" or a "sublevel" or "g's" mean. We don't.

Please describe your table structures with some sample data, and what it is
you're trying to do. You can see your computer; we cannot.
