Capture Problems

I have anew Dell with XP Mdeia Center. I am trying to capture an analog VCR video and get nothing. In the available device box I show only the ATI Rage theater video capture. When I try to start capture I get nothing. The only connects i currently have are the in/out audio/video cables not a S connector. Any help would be appreciated.
 
you should have an option in capture program that allows
you to change capture device and input connector.my ati
gives me composite and cable. ihave to set it to what i
have hooked up camera or tv
